    Russell’s On Macklind

    • Style: Brunch, New American, Wine Bar
    • Pros: Incredible brunch, and dinner. Friendly open atmosphere. Dog friendly patio.
    • Cons: Can get crushed by rushes, expect a wait at certain hours.
    • Charlie’ Favorites:  Pork Belly, Cheese Puffs, Breakfast Flatbread
    • Christine’s Favorites: Crab Cakes, Cheese Puffs, Breakfast Flatbread


    • Style: New American, Mediterranean, Tapas
    • Pros: Amazing small plates and a bar managed by one of St. Louis’ best.
    • Cons: Maybe a little too cozy inside, but still enough elbow room.
    • Charlie’ Favorites:  Steak Salad (special), Charred Eggplant Dip, Liberal Cocktail
    • Christine’s Favorites: Hummus, Charred Eggplant Dip, Burrata

    • Style: New American, Wine Bar, Global Cuisine
    • Pros: Really tasty New American cuisine with a lot of variety and wonderful presentation. Wonderful wine selection.
    • Cons: They are still finalizing the menu and style. No cocktail menu.
    • Charlie’s Favorites:  Duck and Fig Flatbread, Scallops with Pea Puree and Honey, Citrus Tiramasu
    • Christine’s Favorites: Flight of Soups, Beet Salad, Citrus Tiramasu
